Form 2 Services QLD can prepare the Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement for rural, residential and vacant lots before you (the Seller) sign a Contract for Sale.
Currently, Form 2 Services QLD does not prepare Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statements for units or duplexes.
Once you complete the Form 2 Questionnaire on this website, pay for the Form 2 and searches that you require (ie title search and survey plan only OR all searches) and provide us with a copy of the documents mentioned on page 2 of the Questionnaire we can prepare the Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement on your behalf.

Any registered easement will be recorded on the title search, which we will obtain on your behalf. If the easement is not on the title search, then it is unregistered and you will need to provide us with full details.
If you do not know if your property is on the Environmental Management or Contaminated Land Register OR if your property may be affected by any future transport infrastructure projects we strongly recommend that you pay for all included searches to be carried out.
If any information provided to the Buyer in the Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement is incorrect or not included the Buyer may be able to terminate the Contract for Sale right up until the settlement date. It is important that you answer all questions correctly and provide all relevant information relating to your property. It is better to provide us with too much information about your property than not enough.
